A legacy Western US rack manufacturer, acquired by Nucor in 2021 and folded into Nucor Warehouse Systems.
Hannibal Industries was once the largest steel pallet rack manufacturer in the western US, known for its TubeRack tubular rack system, which uses high-frequency welded tube instead of open sections for strong torsional rigidity, ideal for seismic zones. It also produced cantilever, push-back rack and wire decking.
In 2021 Hannibal was acquired by steel giant Nucor, and from 2022 the brand was gradually folded into Nucor Warehouse Systems, with the original website now redirecting to the Nucor warehouse systems site. Existing projects and aftermarket support are handled by Nucor Warehouse Systems.
